Teritoir

t's a performative video, digitally reworked to show a back that moves over time, with pieces of it falling away.

After digital processing, the initially realistic video, in which clay can be seen dissociating from the body, is transformed into a particular atmosphere in which blue dominates.

This added effect is an aesthetic choice that leads to a dimension less rooted in reality.

The body is gradually removed from the material, which is detached piece by piece and falls out of view. Only the body comes to life in this still shot. Only the back articulates to free itself from this ice-like material.

The video ends when this mass of matter has fallen. But pieces of it remain, clinging to the skin like scars that last over time.
